How to Appeal Your Property Tax Assessment 2023
In December 2023, 45 Connecticut municipalities sent out notices to property owners with the new property tax assessments. A volatile real estate market in 2020-2023 saw a rise in property values that now appears, according to some observers, to be cooling. This uncertainty in the market may mean that your property tax assessment was higher than it should be.
You only have until February 20, 2024 to appeal your Connecticut Property Tax Assessment. Contact us to see if you may be paying too much on your property taxes.
